The Order of St. Thomas More Forever Fund is an opportunity for members of the giving society to continue their impact on the law school for generations to come. Benefactors may designate gifts of any size through the terms of a will or living trust or through the remainder of a Charitable Remainder Trust.  Gifts to the Forever Fund are endowed and invested in the Notre Dame Endowment

Estate gifts that are designated to the Order of St. Thomas More Forever Fund will provide critical resources for future generations of Notre Dame law students, the same way annual gifts to the Order of St. Thomas More provide those resources for today's law students, including:

  • Providing competitive fellowships
  • Recruiting top faculty
  • Funding cutting-edge curriculum

These gifts ensure that the Notre Dame Law School will enhance its distinctive mission-driven legal education both today and forever.
